GM Building Services was established in 1995 by Graham Manning.
Our company has over 30 years experience in the construction industry, completing hundreds of building projects for our clients.
We are based in the centre of the Fylde region which gives us great access to all our customers locations.
We cover most aspects of construction which include extensions, renovations and new build properties.
We also build commercial offices and buildings for industrial use.
Our dedicated team of professional tradesmen ensure you get the living and working space you have wanted.

All our work is done to high standards which is checked by building control officers. We have a good working relationship with many of the local inspectors and they know to trust us on our projects.
